Acupressure Information
Introduction to acupressure
For thousands of years simple finger pressure applied to specific points has been used as a natural healing method to relieve a variety of health difficulties. Acupressure, a finger pressure technique developed in China and based on observation of energy flow through the body, is effective, safe, easy to use, and generally free from side effects. Although acupressure is often effective for relieving symptoms, it also addresses the underlying weakness or imbalance associated with a disease or set of symptoms.
